Our payment terms
Surgery
- We require a $500 deposit when booking a surgery date.
- Full payment of your surgery invoice is due 14 days prior to your procedure.
Refund policy for surgery
- Cancellations less than one week prior to a booked procedure will incur a forfeit of the $500 booking fee.
- Cancellations 48 hours prior to the procedure will incur a forfeit of 50% of the total fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your surgery will incur a forfeit of 75% of the total fee.
Consultation
- $100 deposit required on booking.
- Balance of consult fee payable on the day.
- We require at least two business days notice of cancellation for the patient to receive a refund of their deposit.
